A brand name, a trading history, an audience. Companies buy those. Flippa price ecommerce brands at roughly 2–4× annual profit, so £10,000 a month is £120,000 a year, or £240,000 to £480,000 to the right buyer.

- Why TikTok Shop is a discovery engine, not a search engine. Why that breaks the product research method most people still use.

Why is this free? What’s the catch?
At the end I’ll spend a few minutes on my paid programme, for anyone who wants help implementing it. The other seventy minutes stand on their own. I’d rather tell you now than spring it on you at minute seventy.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Three of the four engines can be run by creators, a hired host or an editor.
I’ve never sold anything online. Is this too advanced?
No, and you don’t have to have sold on Amazon to be in the room. A lot of the session is me saying “if you’ve done FBA you already know this bit”. If you haven’t, that’s simply more of the list that’s new to you. A longer list, not a closed door.
Haven’t I missed it? Isn’t TikTok Shop already done?
Maybe it’s harder for affiliates. All those people flooding the feed with yellow baskets, trying to earn commission. But think about what I’ve just said. There are armies of affiliates, and you aren’t one of them.
So that’s better for you, not worse. More people, more content, more shoppable videos about your brand. Because you’re not the affiliate, you’re the owner of the brand and the product they’re making the content for. So no, you haven’t missed anything.
How much money do I need to start?
Enough for a first order of stock. There’s inventory, there’s cashflow, and there’s a period where money is out and nothing has come back. I’ll show you how to deliberately size that first order small. If you have no capital at all for stock, this isn’t the right thing for you and I’d rather say so now.
I can’t make that time. Will there be a replay?
Yes. To everyone who registers, at the same email address. Register anyway if you know you can’t make it; that’s the only way the replay reaches you. The one thing you can’t get afterwards is the Q&A.
Is there any guarantee I’ll make money?
No. There’s no guarantee, from me or anybody else, and if someone gives you one you should walk away from them. What I can tell you is exactly what I do, with the real numbers, including the launch that didn’t work.
